Change in Cervical Screening Invitations

The NHS Cervical Screening Programme has been reviewed by the UK National Screening Committee, and changes have been made in screening schedules. From 1st July 2025, women aged 25 to 64 who have tested negative for high-risk HPV will be screened at intervals of 5 years instead of 3. This change does not apply if you have HPV.
