If you or your family need urgent medical attention when the surgery is closed, please telephone 0115 940 3775 and your call will be re-directed to our out-of-hours service. Your needs will be assessed and you will be either given advice or arrangements will be made for you to be seen by an appropriate healthcare professional.

You can also call 119 for non urgent advice or 111.

In a genuine emergency you should call 999. Chest pains and/or shortness of breath constitute an emergency.
