From Monday the 1st of September, all appointment requests will be triaged via online form – please see link below. We encourage patients to use this link for all queries to the practice.

If you prefer to call the surgery, our reception team will help you complete the triage questionnaires over the phone. A tablet will be made available for those who are visiting the surgery.
