Some services provided are not covered under our contract with the NHS and therefore attract charges. Examples include the following:
- Medicals for pre-employment, sports and driving requirements (HGV, PSV etc.)
- Insurance claim forms
- GP statement of fact letters
- Fit To Travel (with examination)
The fees charged are based on the British Medical Association (BMA) suggested scales. Please ask to speak to Sang-Hee Lee our Operations Manager, who will advise you on cost and appointments. We require full pre-payment for all of these services.
We accept cash (please bring the correct amount wherever possible) and card only. Receipts can be given on request.
Please allow 30 working days (6 weeks) from payment date for completion of these requests, and please be aware, the practice may refuse requests at its discretion.
