Practice Team

The practice management team are involved in managing all of the business aspects of the practice such as making sure that the right systems are in place to provide a high quality of patient care, human resources, finance, patient safety, premises and equipment and information technology. The practice management team supports the GPs and other medical professionals with delivering patient services and also helps to develop extended services to enhance patient care

Administration

The Administration Team deal with various duties which include, Scanning, Recalls, Summarising, Generating electronic referrals via Choose & Book, Auditing, Reporting.

Reception

Our Receptionists provide an important link for patients with the practice and are your initial contact point for general enquiries. They can provide basic information on services and results and direct you to the right person depending on your health issue or query. Receptionists make most of the patient appointments with the GPs and nurses. They also perform other important tasks such as issuing repeat prescriptions and dealing with prescription enquiries.

Phlebotomy Services:

This service is available at: Park House, 61 Burton Road, Carlton, Nottingham

This is a booked appointment system. You can arrange an appointment by calling 01159 617 616. Appointments are on week days 8:00am to 11:45am.

The Community Midwife cares for pregnant women.  She can be contacted at Park House Medical Centre (tel: 0115 961 7616).

Health Visitors have offices at Park House (tel: 0115 961 7616) and the St Georges Centre (tel: 0115 940 4153). If they are not available to take your call, you may leave a message on their answer phone.

They are qualified nurses and midwives, who specialise in health promotion and disease prevention for all ages, especially for families with young children, with development checks for the under fives.

They visit in the home as well as work in a variety of clinics, and can advise about minor illnesses in children, especially if it is not clear whether to see a doctor or not.
