Online Services – SystmOnline
Did you know you can book/cancel appointments, order repeat prescriptions and view your medical records online?
To register for online services, please visit our surgery and provide a valid form of I.D to a member of our reception team. You will then be provided with a username and password which you can use to log in to System Online.
A SystmOnline app is also avaliable to download here.
Free NHS App
Have you downloaded the free NHS app? You can manage your appointments, repeat prescriptions and view your medical records from your smartphone or tablet.
To register for the app, you must be registered for online services at our surgery. To do this, please provide a valid form of I.D to our reception team who will provide you with your log in details.
You will be provided with a username and password which will allow you to log into System Online. You will also be provided with an Account ID and Passphrase, this is all you need to register with the NHS App.
If you have already registered for online services but do not have an account ID and passphrase to access the NHS App, please visit the surgery and speak to a member of our reception team.

Text Messaging
You can now register to receive information by text message on your phone regarding appointments and health care.
If you wish to register for this messaging service please fill out the consent form.
Also, why not download the MJOG App?
If you have consented to SMS messaging you will recieve appointment confirmation and reminders via SMS. This service also allows you to cancel appointments by simply responding ‘CANCEL’. We also use SMS reminders for annual health checks, repeat blood tests and much more.
New Data Protection Regulations from May 2018 (GDPR)
Under the new data protection regulations introduced from 25th May 2018, we will continue to contact patients via text messages regarding the delivery of care if they have provided consent to do so.
If practices are sending messages about recommended treatment for the management of a specific health issue, then this is defined as providing appropriate care for patients, not marketing purposes.
